%X 数字时代的到来丰富了老人相互连接的多样性,提升了老年人生活品质。与此同时,数字通信技术使得应对人口老龄化的环境与基础随之改变,出现了数字鸿沟、数字技术适老化政策宣传不足、老年人信息安全受到威胁等问题。有效应对数字老龄化社会中的困境,提升老年人社会参与感与幸福感、促进社会和谐发展,需要我们充分认识数字时代老龄社会信息的广泛性、媒介的即时性、过程的互动性的特征,进一步释放数字化发展的巨大潜力和强大动能,不断拓展数字时代下中国老龄社会的发展路径,主要包括:促进数字包容发展,增进老年群体的社会融入感;加强政府、企业对政策的宣传和引导,提高老年群体的数字素养;实现老龄数据统筹管理,保障老年群体的信息安全。
The advent of the digital age has enriched the diversity of interconnections among older persons and improved their quality of life. At the same time, digital communication technologies have changed the environment and basis for coping with population aging, resulting in problems such as the digital divide, insufficient publicity for aging-friendly policies on digital technologies, and threats to the security of older people’s information. To effectively deal with the dilemmas of the digital aging society, enhance the sense of social participation and happiness of the elderly, and promote the harmonious development of the society, it is necessary for us to fully understand the characteristics of the digital era in terms of the breadth of information, immediacy of media, and interactivity of the process of the aging society, and to further unleash the huge potential and powerful kinetic energy of digital development, so as to continually expand the path of the development of China’s aging society in the digital era, which mainly includes: promoting the following digital inclusive development and enhancing the sense of social integration of the elderly; strengthening the publicity and guidance of policies by the government and enterprises, and improving the digital literacy of the elderly; and realising the integrated management of data on the elderly and safeguarding the information security of the elderly.
