%X 民营企业是我国社会主义市场经济的重要组成部分，随着现代经济的不断发展，引入刑事合规制度是民营企业发展的持续动力，要调节好民营企业内部与多方主体协调发展，建构起有效的刑事合规体系。如今刑事合规逐渐成为企业预防犯罪的有效手段，在预防犯罪风险的同时，促进公司、企业内部法律自治，加强对民营企业的法律保护。在新时代下需结合民营企业刑事合规体系化建构需面临的困境与挑战，制定相应的策略，加快刑事合规体系建构的步伐。民营企业刑事合规体系的建立，不仅全方位保护民营企业的合法权益，体现刑法的谦抑性理念，更能营造良好的经济发展环境，促进民营企业持续稳定发展。
Private enterprises are an important part of China’s socialist market economy. With the continuous development of modern economy, the introduction of criminal compliance system is the continuous driving force for the development of private enterprises. It is necessary to regulate the coordinated development of private enterprises with multiple entities and construct an effective criminal compliance system. Nowadays, criminal compliance has gradually become an effective means for enterprises to prevent crimes. While preventing crime risks, it promotes the internal legal autonomy of companies and enterprises and strengthens the legal protection of private enterprises. In the new era, it is necessary to combine the difficulties and challenges faced by the systematic construction of criminal compliance in private enterprises, formulate corresponding strategies and accelerate the pace of the construction of criminal compliance system. The establishment of the criminal compliance system of private enterprises not only protects the legitimate rights and interests of private enterprises in an all-round way, reflects the concept of modesty and restraint of criminal law, but also creates a good economic development environment and promotes the sustainable and stable development of private enterprises.
