Omics technologies, which mainly include genomics, transcriptomics, metabolomics, and proteomics, are important technical methods for mining and analyzing the biosynthetic pathways of natural products in plants at present. This review mainly outlines the application of biosynthetic gene clusters, gene co-expression, gene families, and epigenetic co-regulation in the analysis of plant natural product synthesis pathways, and summarize the main progress in the current analysis of biosynthetic pathways, to provide a sight for the mining and analysis of plant biosynthetic pathways. %K 组学技术, %K 植物次生代谢物, %K 生物合成途径
