The article delves into the current status of legal protection for the rights and interests of the elderly in China, highlighting existing issues and challenges faced. Through a detailed analysis, it uncovers various factors contributing to these problems. Adopting a positive perspective, the article proposes a series of legal strategies and measures aimed at safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of the elderly. It seeks to offer insights for the construction and enhancement of a legal protection system for the elderly and to promote the development of a society that embraces active aging.
