Under the background of rural revitalisation, with the increasing needs of urban and rural elderly people for learning, the traditional education model can no longer meet the real needs, and the emergence of Internet technology has brought infinite possibilities for the development of urban and rural education for the elderly, and “Internet+ education” model has emerged. The article is based on the background of rural revitalisation, based on the actual situation of aging in China, combined with the current situation of urban and rural elderly education in Gansu Province to analyze the dilemma of online education for the elderly, advocate the formation of a new model of “Internet+ urban and rural elderly education” led by the government, the community and the joint efforts of social organizations to explore the in-depth integration of modern information technology and education, and vigorously promote the development of information technology in urban and rural education. %K 乡村振兴, %K 互联网+, %K 城乡老年教育, %K 在线教育服务体系
