%X 农村老年教育既是乡村文化振兴的有机组成部分&#65292;也是乡村产业、人才、生态、组织振兴的重要辅助力量。在全面推进乡村振兴、加快农业农村现代化的新发展阶段&#65292;农村老年教育迎来了蓬勃发展的时代机遇&#65292;也面临着诸多现实困境与严峻挑战。站在新的历史方位上&#65292;应通过从建立农村老年教育的体制机制、打造农村老年教育的师资队伍、精准设计农村老年教育教学内容及建立农村老年教育课程质量评估体系推动农村老年教育走出一条特色化发展之路。<br>Education for the elderly in rural areas is not only an integral part of the revitalization of rural culture, but it also plays a vital supporting role in the rejuvenation of rural industries, talents, ecology, and organizational structures. As we move into a new phase of overall rural revitalization and accelerate the modernization of agriculture and rural areas, education for the elderly in rural regions is encountering a period ripe with opportunities for vigorous development, as well as facing numerous practical difficulties and severe challenges. Standing at this new historical juncture, we should embark on a path of distinctive development for rural elderly education by establishing institutional mechanisms for such education, creating a skilled teaching workforce, precisely designing educational content tailored for the elderly in rural areas, and setting up a quality assessment system for the curricula of rural elderly education.
