%X 课程群建设是打造复合型文科人才的基础，有助于实现“专”“通”融合、克服教学内容冗余、实现高校教师团队化发展。在新文科背景下，行政管理专业需要建立和完善行政管理课程群体系，开展课程群学习情境设计，以虚拟教研室加强教师团队建设，建立师生学习共同体等方面来深入推进课程群建设与发展。
The construction of course clusters is the foundation for building composite talents in liberal arts, which helps to achieve the integration of “specialization” and “generalization”, overcome redundant teaching content, and achieve the team development of university teachers. In the context of the new liberal arts, the administrative management profession needs to deepen the construction and development of course groups by establishing and improving the administrative management course group system, designing learning scenarios for course groups, strengthening teacher team building through virtual teaching and research rooms, and establishing a learning community for teachers and students, etc.
