%X 近年来大学生心理健康问题频频上热点&#65292;引起社会的广泛关注&#65292;各个高校开设大学生心理健康教育课程取得了明显的成效&#65292;但也面临着预防效果不太突出等问题。红色文化是一个巨大的资源宝库&#65292;对大学生理想信念的支持具有重要的作用。因此&#65292;挖掘红色文化中宝贵的资源&#65292;促进大学生心理健康&#65292;培养具有社会主义核心价值观的新时代大学生具有重要意义。<br>In recent years, mental health issues among college students have frequently made headlines, attracting widespread attention from society. Universities have achieved notable success in establishing mental health education courses for their students, yet they still confront challenges such as inadequate prevention effects. Red culture, a vast repository of invaluable resources, plays a pivotal role in fostering the ideals and beliefs of college students. Therefore, it is of utmost importance to explore and harness the treasures within red culture, enhancing the mental wellbeing of college students and nurturing a new generation equipped with the core socialist values.
