Construction of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Ability Cultivation System for Applied Talents Based on the Concept of CDIO %A 付旭 %A 杨猛 %A 李茜 %A 赵春雨 %A 刘焕芹 %A 王林台 %J Creative Education Studies %P 365-370 %@ 2331-804X %D 2024 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/ces.2024.128546 %X 当前,应用型本科院校的重要任务之一是培养具备创新创业能力的应用型人才。对创新创业教育进行深入的改革与创新,激发学生的创业意识,培养创新精神,并提升创业能力,对于推动创新型国家的建设具有深远的意义。首先,深入分析应用型本科院校在创新创业能力培养过程中存在的课程内容、课程体系、目标达成度、实践资源和评价体系等方面的问题。基于上述问题,将CDIO工程教育理念深度融入到创新创业教育体系中,提出了构建实践实训教育体系和多元化师资队伍措施。同时,还构建了全方位、多元化的考评体系,以更全面地评估学生的创新创业能力。旨在为创新创业教育的持续发展提供有力的理论支撑和实践参考。
At present, one of the important tasks of application-oriented undergraduate colleges is to train application-oriented talents with innovative and entrepreneurial abilities. Innovation education should be deeply reformed and innovated to stimulate students’ entrepreneurial consciousness, cultivate innovative spirit and enhance entrepreneurial ability, which is of far-reaching significance for promoting the construction of an innovation-oriented country. First of all, this paper deeply analyzes the problems existing in the course content, course system, goal achievement degree, practical resources and evaluation system in the process of innovation and entrepreneurship training of application-oriented undergraduate colleges. Based on the above problems, the CDIO engineering education concept is deeply integrated into the innovation and entrepreneurship education system, and measures to build a practical training education system and a diversified teaching team are proposed. At the same time, a comprehensive and diversified evaluation system has been established to evaluate students’ innovation and entrepreneurship ability more comprehensively.
