In today’s era, the pace of digital transformation is accelerating, science and technology are developing rapidly, and the financial management model of enterprises is also evolving. As a new form of organization, the financial sharing model can realize the centralized management and sharing of financial information through the integration of internal and external resources of the enterprise, which greatly improves the financial efficiency and flexibility of the enterprise. At the same time, the financial sharing model can also help enterprises better grasp market dynamics and quickly respond to market changes, so as to occupy a more advantageous position in the fierce market competition. However, in order to take full advantage of the financial sharing model, it is not enough to rely on its unique organizational form.
