%X 《伤寒论》中厥阴病篇历来为医家所争议，其中蛔虫上逆、吐蛔的机理又众说纷纭。本文通过对《内经》“阳化气、阴成形”理论与中医儿科“稚阴稚阳”理论的阐述来分析为何蛔虫上逆、吐蛔能体现出厥阴病上热下寒的病机。以求对伤寒厥阴病进行进一步的认识，这对于相关文献的研究与临床辨证论治也具有一定意义。
The section on Jueyin disease in “Treatise on Cold Damage” has always been controversial among medical practitioners, and the mechanisms of upward reversal and vomiting of ascaris are also subject to different opinions. This article analyzes why the upward reversal and vomiting of ascaris can reflect the pathogenesis of Jueyin disease, which is characterized by heat in the upper part and cold in the lower part, by elaborating on the theories of “yang transforming qi and yin shaping” in the Neijing and “childish yin and childish yang” in traditional Chinese medicine pediatrics. In order to further understand typhoid fever and Jueyin disease, this also has certain significance for the study of relevant literature and clinical diagnosis and treatment.
