%X 中庸是指为人处事要恰到好处、恰如其分,符合适度,它的主要表现形式有中道、时中、中和和中行等。儒家的中庸思想对当前学校的教育惩戒具有重要的借鉴价值。教师依据中庸思想实施惩戒时应该要做到四个方面,即教育惩戒要符合适度性、教育惩戒要注重灵活性、教育惩戒要强调和谐性、教育惩戒要遵循道德性。
The doctrine of the golden mean refers to dealing with people properly, appropriately, and moderately. Its main manifestations are mean, mean time, neutralization and mean way. The Confucian doctrine of the golden mean has important reference value for the current school education punishment. When implementing punishment according to the doctrine of the golden mean, teachers should do four aspects, that is, education punishment should conform to moderation, pay attention to flexibility, emphasize harmony, and follow morality.
