%X 农村生态环境治理是生态文明建设的重要组成部分&#65292;其目的是通过因地制宜地实施环境治理&#65292;改善农村的人居环境&#65292;让农村成为美丽宜居之地。目前&#65292;我国的农村生态环境治理存在农民的环境保护法治意识淡薄、农村生态环境治理的法律法规体系不健全、农村生态环境治理的执法监管机构建设亟待完善等问题&#65292;提出加强法治宣传教育&#65292;提高农民生态环境保护意识&#65307;完善农村生态环境治理的法律体系等&#65307;加快完善环境治理的执法机构建设和监督机制等对策&#65292;旨在不断提升农村生态环境治理能力和水平&#65292;为乡村的全面振兴提供完善的法治保障。<br>Rural ecological environment governance is an important part of ecological civilization construction, its purpose is to improve the rural living environment through the implementation of environmental governance according to local conditions, so that rural areas become a beautiful place to live. At present, there are problems in rural ecological environment governance in China, such as farmers&#8217; weak awareness of environmental protection rule of law, imperfect laws and regulations system of rural ecological environment governance, and urgent need to improve the construction of law enforcement and supervision institutions of rural ecological environment governance. It is proposed to strengthen publicity and education of rule of law and improve farmers&#8217; awareness of ecological environment protection. Improve the legal system of rural ecological environment governance; Countermeasures such as accelerating the construction of law enforcement agencies and supervision mechanisms for environmental governance are aimed at continuously improving the ability and level of rural ecological environment governance, and providing a perfect legal guarantee for the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas.
