%X 目的&#65306;研究中职生手机成瘾与其自我控制和未来时间洞察力的关系。方法&#65306;采用手机成瘾指数量表、自我控制量表、未来时间洞察力量表对550名重庆市某职校学生进行调查。结果&#65306;中职生手机成瘾与其自我控制、未来时间洞察力都呈显著负相关&#65292;自我控制与未来时间洞察力呈显著正相关。自我控制显著影响未来时间洞察力&#65292;而且二者也都显著影响手机成瘾。结论&#65306;自我控制是影响中职生手机成瘾的关键因素。<br>Objective: To study the relationship between mobile phone addiction and self-control and future time insight in secondary vocational students. Methods: 550 students from a vocational school in Chongqing were investigated by the Mobile Phone Addiction Index Scale, Self-Control Scale and Future Time Insight Scale. Results: There was a significant negative correlation between mobile phone addiction and self-control and future time insight, and a significant positive correlation between self-control and future time insight. Self-control significantly affects future time insight, and both significantly affect phone addiction. Conclusion: Self-control is the key factor affecting mobile phone addiction in secondary vocational students.
