%X 网络作为现实的延伸&#65292;给人们带来便捷的同时也滋生了许多的网络犯罪问题&#65292;其中网络暴力犯罪愈发的频繁并且具有很强的精神伤害性。网络暴力所引发的的恶性事件层出不穷&#65292;网络暴力问题亟须法律规制。但是目前网络暴力犯罪在立法体系、法不责众、犯罪行为性质认定等方面还存在着困境&#65292;本文立足于这三个困境&#65292;并就此提出解决的策略&#65292;以期有效推动网络暴力犯罪治理。<br>As an extension of reality, the internet has brought convenience to people, but it has also spawned many problems of cybercrime, among which cyberbullying is becoming increasingly frequent and has strong psychological harm. The vicious incidents caused by online violence are endless, and the issue of online violence urgently needs legal regulation. However, currently there are still difficulties in the legislative system, lack of accountability, and determination of the nature of criminal acts in the field of online violence crimes. This article focuses on these three difficulties and proposes solutions to effectively promote the governance of online violence crimes.
