%X 目的:观察苗药高朗加结合参苓白术散软糖对轻度敏感型肌肤屏障受损的干预作用。方法:将符合纳入标准的72例轻度敏感型肌肤人群分为试验组和对照组。将所用汤剂制成软糖供受试者食用,一日两粒,7 d为一个周期,整个测试过程共3个周期。于第一周、第二周、第三周分别测定肌肤经表皮失水率(transepidermal water loss, TEWL)及皮肤角质层水合度(skin cuticle hydration, SCH)。结果:试验组受试者的TEWL在受试后第三周与受试前、受试后第一周、受试后第二周时比较有明显下降,比较差异有统计学意义(均P < 0.05);试验组受试者的SCH在受试后第三周与受试前、受试后第一周、受试后第二周时比较有明显升高,比较差异有统计学意义(均P < 0.05)。结论:苗药高朗加结合参苓白术散软糖可降低轻度敏感型肌肤TEWL,同时升高SCH,具有修复皮肤屏障受损的作用。
Objective: To observe the intervention effect of Miao medicine Gao Langjia combined with Shenling Baizhu powder gummies on mild sensitive skin barrier damage. Methods: A total of 72 patients with mildly sensitive skin who met the inclusion criteria were divided into experimental group and control group. The decoction made by Gao Langjia combined with Shenling Baizhu powder was made into jelly drops for the subjects to eat, two capsules a day, 7 days as a cycle, and the whole test process was a total of 3 cycles. The transepidermal water loss (TEWL) and skin cuticle hydration (SCH) of the stratum corneum were measured in the first, second and third weeks, respectively. Results: The TEWL of the subjects in the experimental group was significantly lower in the third week after the test than before the test, the first week after the test, and the second week after the test, and the difference was statistically significant (all P < 0.05); the SCH of the subjects in the experimental group was significantly higher in the third week after the test than before the test, the first week after the test, and the second week after the test, and the difference was statistically significant (all P < 0.05). Conclusion: The combination of Miao medicine Gao Langjia and Shenling Baizhu powder gummies can reduce the TEWL and increase the SCH in mildly sensitive skin, which has the effect of repairing the damaged skin barrier.
