%X 静脉血栓形成是经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)后常见的并发症之一。PICC相关性血栓的危险因素较多&#65292;根据发病机制最主要可以分为患者相关因素、操作相关因素、导管操作相关因素三个方面。辨识PICC相关性血栓的危险因素&#65292;有利于预防、早期诊断和合理治疗。本文对PICC相关性血栓形成的危险因素、诊断、预防策略及治疗作一综述。<br>Venous thrombosis is one of the common complications after peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC). There are many risk factors for PICC-related thrombosis, which can be mainly divided into three aspects according to the pathogenesis: patient-related factors, operation-related factors, and catheter operation-related factors. Identifying the risk factors of PICC-related thrombosis is conducive to prevention, early diagnosis and reasonable treatment. This article reviews the risk factors, diagnosis, prevention strategies and treatment of PICC-related thrombosis.
