%X 护士是发生腰背痛的高危人群&#65292;护士职业性腰背痛现已成为一项高发的职业卫生问题&#65292;严重影响护士的工作效率和生活质量&#65292;同时威胁患者安全&#65292;以及不利于护理队伍的良好发展。本文综述护士腰背痛现状及多种有效的干预策略研究进展&#65292;旨在减少职业伤害&#65292;提高护士群体的服务质量和职业满意度。<br>Nurses are a high-risk group with low back pain. Nurses&#8217; occupational low back pain has become a high-risk occupational health problem, which seriously affects nurses&#8217; work efficiency and quality of life, threatens patients&#8217; safety and is not conducive to the good development of nursing team. This paper summarizes the status quo of nurses&#8217; low back pain and the research progress of various effective intervention strategies, aiming at reducing occupational injuries and improving the service quality and professional satisfaction of nurses.
