[Objective]: To investigate the efficacy of ginger moxibustion combined with Baduanjin exercise in the treatment of cold-damp paralysis obstructive knee osteoarthritis in remission. [Methods]: A total of 124 patients diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis in the Department of Acupuncture and Traumatology of Jinyang Community Health Service Center from November 2022 to October 2023 were selected, including 4 cases of dropout, and 120 cases were finally included. The patients were divided into Group A and Group B, with 60 cases in each group. Group A was treated with oral meloxicam, and Group B was treated with ginger moxibustion combined with Baduanjin exercise. The VAS score, WOMAC score, 50-meter rapid walking time, and quadriceps atrophy were observed in the two groups. Results: The VAS score, WOMAC score, 50-meter fast walking time and quadriceps atrophy in Group B were lower than those in Group A, P < 0.05. [Conclusion]: The therapy of ginger moxibustion combined with Baduanjin exercise in the treatment of cold-damp obstructive knee osteoarthritis in the remission period is effective, which can reduce the pain of patients, improve knee joint function and walking ability, and reduce the atrophy of the quadriceps muscle, which is conducive to rehabilitation and is worthy of implementation.
