%X 维生D具有调节钙、磷代谢,影响细胞分化等生理功能。越来越多的研究表明维生素D缺乏与多种疾病的发生与发展相关,例如骨质疏松症、免疫性疾病、帕金森病、动脉粥样硬化、肿瘤等。本文主要就维生素D在临床医学治疗领域的研究进展作一综述。
Vitamin D has physiological functions such as regulating calcium and phosphorus metabolism, and affecting cell differentiation. More and more studies show that vitamin D deficiency is related to the occurrence and development of many diseases, such as osteoporosis, immune diseases, Parkinson’s disease, atherosclerosis, tumors, etc. This article mainly reviews the research progress of vitamin D in the field of clinical medical treatment.
