%X 本文利用玉米培养基成功培养红树林线虫Viscosia heterolaima sp,并观察到线虫的胚胎发育及胚后发育,线虫的胚胎发育从一细胞到蠕虫期的发育持续时间分别为:1细胞期146.71 ± 7.48 min;2细胞期100.00 ± 6.80 min;4细胞期112.71 ± 8.17 min;多细胞期353.43 ± 9.47 min:囊胚期481.14 ± 9.92 min;原肠胚期574.71 ± 9.76 min;蠕虫期1991.71 ± 22.78 min;刚孵化的线虫通体透明,体长528.33 ± 85.86 μm,幼虫体长在23 d左右停止生长,成虫体长为2958.22 ± 143.00 μm,线虫的成熟期为12~18 d,寿命为46 d,在实验室对线虫最适温度和盐度进行研究发现,线虫在温度为25℃,盐度为20‰时种群生长密度最高。
In this paper, the mangrove nematode Viscosia heterolaima sp was successfully cultured on maize medium and the embryonic and postembryonic development of the nematode was observed. The developmental duration of the nematodes from one-cell stage to helminth stage was 146.71 ± 7.48 min. At 2-cell stage 100.00 ± 6.80 min; At 4-cell stage 112.71 ± 8.17 min; Multicellular stage 353.43 ± 9.47 min; blastocyst stage 481.14 ± 9.92 min; 574.71 ± 9.76 min in gastrulation stage; Helminth period 1991.71 ± 22.78 min; The newly hatched nematode was transparent and had a body length of 528.33 ± 85.86 μm. The larvae stopped growing after 23 days. The adult length is 2958.22 ± 143.00 μm, the mature period of nematode is 12~18 days, and the life span is 46 days. The optimum temperature and salinity of nematode were studied in the laboratory, and it was found that the population density of nematode was the highest when the temperature was 25 ?C and the salinity was 20‰.
