%X 数字时代，全球数字经济蓬勃发展，国际数字合作方兴未艾。随着“一带一路”倡议深入推进，中国–东盟也迎来了数字经济合作新篇章。当前，中国–东盟数字经济合作基础良好，并取得一系列合作成果，“数字丝绸之路”推进明显。然而数字水平失衡、数字跨境受阻、国际竞争加剧成为制约着中国–东盟数字经济深入合作的困境因素。因此，夯实数字经济基础、优化数字跨境环境、提升国际数字竞争力三大措施成为共享全球发展机遇，进一步深化中国–东盟数字经济合作的关键。
The global digital economy is booming and international digital cooperation is on the rise in the digital era. With the in-depth promotion of the “Belt and Road” initiative, China-ASEAN has ushered in a new chapter of digital economy cooperation. At present, China-ASEAN digital economy co-operation has a good foundation and a series of co-operation results, and the “Digital Silk Road” has been promoted significantly. However, digital level imbalance, digital cross-border obstacles, digital pan-security intensification has become a constraint to China-ASEAN digital economy in-depth cooperation of the predicament factors. Therefore, the three major measures of strengthening the foundation of digital economy, optimising the digital cross-border environment, and jointly resolving digital risks have become the key to sharing global development opportunities and further deepening China-ASEAN digital economy cooperation.
