Research on the Training Path of E-Commerce Talents under the “Intangible Cultural Heritage+” Model—Taking Danzhai Indigo Batik Workshop as an Example %A 吴茜妮 %J E-Commerce Letters %P 5423-5429 %@ 2168-5851 %D 2024 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/ecl.2024.133665 %X 非物质文化遗产作为我国优秀传统文化的载体,是文化产业高质量发展的关键,亟需青年人的传承与保护。我国一直积极探索以生产性保护模式作为非遗主要保护模式,然而生产性保护作为非遗保护的传统模式有其一定的局限性,相关文创产品如果没有扩大营销渠道,非遗传承的文化内涵就无法展现,非遗也面临消失的风险。因此,更应利用好互联网这个平台,将电商平台与非遗传承相结合起来,建立专业的人才培养系统、建立电商人才联动培养机制、健全非遗相关的电商人才队伍管理机制的角度入手,进一步营造文化自信的环境。
As the carrier of my country’s excellent traditional culture, intangible cultural heritage is the key to the high-quality development of the cultural industry and is in urgent need of inheritance and protection by young people. Our country has been actively exploring the productive protection model as the main protection model for intangible cultural heritage. However, productive protection, as a traditional model for intangible cultural heritage protection, has certain limitations. If relevant cultural and creative products do not expand marketing channels, the cultural connotation of intangible cultural heritage will be lost. It cannot be displayed, and the intangible cultural heritage is also at risk of disappearing. Therefore, we should make good use of the Internet as a platform, combine e-commerce platforms with intangible cultural heritage, establish a professional talent training system, establish a joint training mechanism for e-commerce talents, and improve the e-commerce talent team management mechanism related to intangible cultural heritage, start by further creating an environment of cultural confidence. %K 非物质文化遗产, %K 非物质文化遗产保护, %K 电子商务, %K 人才培养
