%X 肛门疼痛是混合痔术后最常见的并发症，可致使患者出现明显的排便困难、尿潴留等情况，还可引起肛缘水肿，创面出血等情况，进而加重疼痛，影响创面愈合。此外，疼痛还会影响患者情绪，特别是当疼痛难以预测或控制时，导致其产生紧张、焦虑及恐惧心理，不利于患者术后康复。因此，寻找一种适合于减少混合痔术后疼痛，安全有效，且能有效促进术后恢复的治疗方式尤为重要。基于此，本文对混合痔术后疼痛的中西医干预研究进展进行综述，分析目前中西医治疗对于混合痔术后疼痛的预防及治疗方法，以期为减轻混合痔患者术后疼痛提供参考方案。<br />
Anal pain is the most common complication after mixed hemorrhoid surgery, which can lead to obvious defecation difficulties and urinary retention, as well as edema of the anal verge and bleeding of the wound, which aggravates the pain and affects the healing of the wound. In addition, pain also affects the patient’s mood, especially when the pain is unpredictable or uncontrollable, resulting in tension, anxiety and fear, which is not conducive to the patient’s postoperative recovery. Therefore, it is important to find a safe and effective treatment modality that is suitable for reducing the postoperative pain of mixed hemorrhoids and that can effectively promote postoperative recovery. Based on this, this article reviews the progress of Chinese and Western medicine intervention for postoperative pain of mixed hemorrhoids, analyses the current Chinese and Western medicine treatment for the prevention and treatment of postoperative pain of mixed hemorrhoids, and aims to provide a reference plan for the reduction of postoperative pain of mixed hemorrhoids patients.
