%X 本文对疾病不确定感的相关概念、测量工具、急性心肌梗死行PCI术后患者疾病不确定感的影响因素以及干预措施进行综述，认为通过认知行为疗法、正确的信息支持、完善的社会支持、合理的应对方式等措施，从而降低急性心肌梗死行PCI术后患者的疾病不确定感，提高患者的生存质量。<br />
This article reviews the related concepts, measurement tools, influencing factors and interventions of disease uncertainty in patients undergoing PCI after acute myocardial infarction, and believes that cognitive behavioral therapy, correct information support, perfect social support, and reasonable coping methods can reduce the disease uncertainty and improve the quality of life of patients after PCI with acute myocardial infarction.
