%X 右美托咪定作为一种新型的<i>α</i><sub>2</sub>肾上腺素受体激动剂，是一种高选择性、高特异性的受体激动剂，具有镇静、抗焦虑、镇痛等作用。近年来，右美托咪定除应用于术前诱导，术中维持以及ICU镇静外，有研究表明，它还可以与局部麻醉药联合应用于神经阻滞，它不仅可以增强局麻药的镇痛痛效果，还可以延长局麻药的作用时间，且不良反应少。本文将就右美托咪定作为佐剂在局部麻醉中的临床运用作一综述，以便为临床应用局部麻醉时，联合用药提供借鉴。<br />
Dexmedetomidine, as a new type of <i>α</i><sub>2</sub> adrenergic receptor agonist, is a highly selective and specific receptor agonist with sedative, anxiolytic and analgesic effects. In recent years, the right beauty cannot set in addition to the application in the preoperative induction, intraoperative maintain and ICU sedation, research has shown that it can also be associated with local anesthetics used in nerve block, it can not only enhance the analgesic effect of pain of local anesthetics, but also can prolong the effect of local anesthetics, and less adverse reaction. This article will review the clinical application of dexmedetomidine as an adjuvant in local anesthesia, in order to provide reference for the clinical application of local anesthesia, combination of drugs.
