%X 本文利用比较研究法对于中加两国乡村教师队伍建设进行对比分析,发现中加两国在乡村教师师资结构、乡村教师生活待遇、乡村教师专业发展方面均有所差异。究其原因来源于两国国家制度不同、教育理念等存在差异。在此基础之上,笔者提出如下建议为我国乡村教师队伍建设提供参考:健全乡村教师队伍建设保障机制、努力完善乡村教师培训制度,细分入职前培训、努力提高乡村教师队伍待遇福利、多途径扩展乡村教师培训方式。
This paper makes a comparative analysis of the construction of rural teachers in China and Canada, it is found that there are differences in the structure of rural teachers, the living treatment of rural teachers and the professional development of rural teachers between China and Canada. The reason is that the two countries have different national systems and different educational ideas. On this basis, the author puts forward the following suggestions to provide reference for the construction of rural teachers in our country: perfecting the security mechanism of rural teachers construction, striving to improve the rural teacher training system, subdivided pre-service training, efforts to improve the welfare of rural teachers, multi-channel expansion of rural teacher training.
