%X 胜任特征理论进行的人员选拔,是科学选拔人员的重要依据。海外安保人员常处于异国他乡,面临身心压力和缺乏社会支持的挑战,这要求他们在心理层面具备高度的适应性和韧性。本文简要分析了海外安保人员心理发展的三个阶段,探讨了影响海外安保人员胜任力的因素:环境的恶劣性、任务的复杂性、社会支持的缺乏以及个人调适能力的不足。并针对这些因素提出了相应的提升策略,为海外安保人员的选拔工作以及海外安保队伍建设提供参考。
Personnel selection based on competency theory is an important basis for scientific personnel selection. Overseas security personnel are often in a foreign country and face the challenges of physical and mental stress and lack of social support, which requires them to be highly adaptable and resilient at the psychological level. This paper briefly analyzes the three stages of the psychological development of overseas security personnel, and probes into the influencing factors of the competence of overseas security personnel: the bad environment, the complexity of the task, the lack of social support and the lack of personal adjustment ability. It also puts forward the corresponding improvement strategies for these factors, and provides references for the selection of overseas security personnel and the construction of overseas security teams.
