%X 目的：了解我国医疗护理员研究的现状与热点趋势，为今后研究提供参考依据。方法：以中国知网(CNKI)为数据来源，检索时间限定为2013年至2023年收录的与医疗护理员相关的文献，运用CiteSpace 6.2.4软件进行图谱绘制并解读。结果：共纳入有效文献385篇，近十年发文量总体呈上升趋势；石美霞是发文量最多的作家；排名前10位的期刊中有6个期刊为核心期刊，其中《护理研究》收录最多；研究热点主要集中在以下几个方面：护理员、养老机构、老年人、医养结合、培训等。结论：2013年~2023年我国医疗护理员的研究呈现波动上升时期，但作者、机构间联系合作较少，今后应加强各团队的学术交流和科研合作，开展全方位、高质量的研究，以推动医疗护理员领域研究的进一步发展。<br />
Objective: To understand the current situation and hot trends of research on medical caregivers in china and provide reference for future research. Methods: Taking CNKI as the data source, the literature related to medical caregivers included in 2013~2023 was retrieved, and CiteSpace 6.2.4 software was used for mapping and interpretation. Results: A total of 385 valid literature were included, in the past decade, the number of published papers has generally shown an upward trend; Shi Meixia is the writer with the most articles; among the top 10 journals, 6 were core journals, and “Nursing Research” had the largest number of included articles; the research hotspots mainly focused on the following aspects: caregivers, nursing homes, the elderly, the integration of medical care and nursing care, training, etc. Conclusions: The research on medical caregivers in China from 2013 to 2023 showed a fluctuating upward period, but there was little connection and cooperation between.
