%X 星状神经节阻滞技术(stellate ganglion block, SGB)是一种通过阻滞星状神经节来调节交感神经系统的技术。近年来,随着超声引导技术的发展,SGB在外科手术中的应用日益广泛。超声引导技术显著提高了SGB的准确性和安全性,减少了并发症的发生率。SGB通过抑制交感–肾上腺系统的兴奋,调节自主神经、内分泌和免疫系统,具有多重生理调节作用。在外科手术中,超声引导下SGB主要用于围术期镇痛、术中稳定自主神经功能以及术后恢复,显著改善了患者的术后恢复质量。多项研究表明,超声引导下SGB在缓解术后疼痛、减少术后并发症和促进术后恢复方面具有显著效果。本文总结了近年来关于超声引导下SGB在各外科手术中应用的研究进展,讨论了其临床应用前景和潜在优势。随着超声技术的进一步发展,超声引导下SGB在各外科手术中的应用有望更加广泛,为更多患者提供更优质的围术期管理。
Stellate ganglion block (SGB) is a technique that modulates the sympathetic nervous system by blocking stellate ganglion. In recent years, with the development of ultrasound guidance technology, SGB has been increasingly used in surgical procedures. Ultrasound-guided technology has significantly improved the accuracy and safety of SGB and reduced the incidence of complications. SGB regulates the autonomic nervous system, endocrine and immune systems by inhibiting the excitation of the sympathetic-adrenal system, and has multiple physiological regulatory effects. In surgery, ultrasound-guided SGB is mainly used for perioperative analgesia, intraoperative stabilization of autonomic nervous function, and postoperative recovery, significantly improving the quality of patients’ postoperative recovery. Multiple studies have shown that ultrasound-guided SGB has significant effects in relieving postoperative pain, reducing postoperative complications, and promoting postoperative recovery. This article summarizes the research progress in recent years on the application of ultrasound-guided SGB in various surgical procedures, and discusses its clinical application prospects and potential advantages. With the further development of ultrasound technology, the application of ultrasound-guided SGB in various surgical procedures is expected to be more extensive, providing better perioperative management for more patients.
