%X “工匠精神”是一种追求卓越的价值理念，内涵包括：执着专注、精益求精、一丝不苟、追求卓越。这一系列的良好品质应当成为当代大学生的价值取向和行为表现。在这一视域下，工科大学生因其学科特点与职业能力等客观要求，具备优秀的工程能力成为重要目标。但当前工科大学生工程能力的培养中还存在着匠心追求不高、职业价值感低等诸多问题。本文提出以“工匠精神”赋能工科大学生工程能力培养的具体策略。<br />
The “spirit of craftsmanship” is a value concept that pursues excellence, which includes perseverance, excellence, meticulousness, and the pursuit of excellence. This series of good qualities should become the value orientation and behavioral expression of contemporary college students. In this perspective, engineering college students have an important goal to possess excellent engineering skills due to their objective requirements such as disciplinary characteristics and professional abilities. However, there are still many problems in the cultivation of engineering abilities among engineering college students, such as low pursuit of craftsmanship and low sense of professional value. This article proposes specific strategies to empower engineering college students with the “spirit of craftsmanship” in cultivating their engineering abilities.
