%X 麻黄是一味在我国拥有数千年药用历史的中草药，主产于内蒙古、辽宁、陕西、山西等地区。它具有解热、镇痛、镇咳、抗炎、抗病毒等多种药理作用。该药材的药对组合在临床上应用广泛。本文整理了近年来中国知网中关于麻黄–白术、麻黄–杏仁、麻黄–桂枝、麻黄–五味子、麻黄–大黄、麻黄–葶苈子、麻黄–葛根、麻黄–白果等药对的实验研究、网络药理学分析以及配伍前后的化学成分变化的研究。通过对麻黄及其药对的研究现状和最新进展的综述，本文旨在揭示麻黄药对的配伍特点、应用规律，并为未来的临床应用提供参考。<br />
<i>Ephedra</i> is a kind of Chinese herbal medicine with thousands of years’ medicinal history in our country, mainly produced in Inner Mongolia, Liaoning, Shaanxi, Shanxi and other areas. It has antipyretic, analgesic, antitussive, anti-inflammatory, anti-viral and other pharmacological effects. Its drug pair is widely used in clinical practice. This paper sorted out the CNKI data in recent years, based on <i>Ephedra</i>-<i>Atractylodes</i> <i>macrocephalae</i>, <i>Ephedra</i>-<i>Amygdalus</i>, <i>Ephedra</i>-cinnamomi, <i>Ephedra</i>-<i>Schisandra</i>, <i>Ephedra</i>-rheum, <i>Ephedra</i>-<i>Lepidium</i>, <i>Ephedra</i>-<i>Pueraria </i><i>montana</i>, <i>Ephedra</i>-<i>Ginkgo</i> and other modern research and related network pharmacology. This article aims to reveal the characteristics of compatibility and application of <i>Ephedra</i> and its drug pair, and provide reference for clinical application in the future.
