The study begins with a review of language attrition concepts and related research, focusing on the characteristics of writing skill attrition, and proposes a comprehensive teaching reform plan. The plan includes updating curricula and content, introducing flipped classroom models, developing online learning resources and question banks, and designing group collaborative activities. Notably, a structured writing manual was compiled to help students prepare for professional English exams. These innovative practices aim not only to slow down language attrition but also to cultivate students¡¯ autonomous learning abilities and intercultural communication skills. %K English Writing %K Language Attrition %K Teaching Innovation %K Second Language Proficiency Maintenance %U http://www.oalib.com/paper/6833659
