Research on Practical Innovation Ability of Graduate Students of Management Professional Degree Based on OBE Concept %A 李青 %A 王赛赛 %A 杨明睿 %A 白梓颐 %J Creative Education Studies %P 517-522 %@ 2331-804X %D 2024 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/ces.2024.127497 %X 实践教学是培养研究生的重要教学环节,实践对培养研究生的综合素质和创新能力起着至关重要的作用,它不仅可以激发研究生的创新意识,而且可以拓展研究生的创新思维。专业学位研究生实践创新能力的培养是当前高校人才培养的薄弱环节和难点,培养专业学位研究生的创新精神和实践能力至关重要。本文在分析当前专业学位研究生实践能力培养现状的基础上,以管理类专业学位研究生为载体,通过设计以培养实践创新能力为目标的课程体系、建立以研究生为中心的教学模式、加强实践环节与企业合作、引入评估机制对实践创新能力进行量化评价和鼓励研究生自主创新等方式为加强高层次管理类专业学位研究生实践创新能力的培养提供有益探索和借鉴。
Practice teaching is an important teaching link in cultivating graduate students. Practice plays a vital role in cultivating graduate students’ comprehensive quality and innovative ability. It can not only stimulate graduate students’ innovative consciousness, but also expand graduate students’ innovative thinking. The cultivation of practical innovation ability of professional degree postgraduates is the weak link and difficult point in the current college talent training, so it is very important to cultivate the innovative spirit and practical ability of professional degree postgraduates. Based on the analysis of the current situation of practical ability training of professional degree postgraduates, this paper takes management degree postgraduates as the carrier. Through designing the curriculum system aiming at cultivating practical innovation ability, establishing the teaching mode centered on graduate students, strengthening the cooperation between practical links and enterprises, introducing the evaluation mechanism for quantitative evaluation of practical innovation ability and encouraging the independent innovation of graduate students, etc., this paper provides beneficial exploration and reference for strengthening the cultivation of practical innovation ability of graduate students in high-level management majors. %K OBE理念, %K 研究生教育, %K 实践创新能力
