Improving School Effectiveness—Analysis of Improvement Paths for Primary and Secondary Schools %A 孙兰芝 %J Creative Education Studies %P 484-490 %@ 2331-804X %D 2024 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/ces.2024.127493 %X 学校效能是在素质教育发展到一定水平后出现的一个更全面衡量学校教育活动品质和潜能的概念,它是学校主体实现教育目标的关键,包含行政效能、教学效能、学生效能和家社效能等方面。目前我国中小学在提升学校效能方面面临着诸多困境和挑战,文章通过分析归纳学校效能在提升的过程中遇到的问题,从而提出相关的改进和优化路径,主要包括四方面:提升行政效能,加强行政人员的领导能力、构建教师专业能力结构、激发学生的学习动机、促进家校社共育。
School effectiveness is a concept that appears after quality education has developed to a certain level. It is a more comprehensive measure of the quality and potential of school education activities. It is the key for schools to achieve their educational goals, including administrative effectiveness, teaching effectiveness, student effectiveness, and family-society effectiveness. At present, primary and secondary schools are facing many difficulties and challenges in improving school effectiveness. This article analyzes and summarizes the problems encountered in the process of improving school effectiveness, and proposes relevant improvement and optimization paths, which mainly include four aspects: improving administrative effectiveness, strengthening the leadership ability of administrative personnel, building a professional ability structure for teachers, stimulating students’ learning motivation, and promoting family-school-society co-education. %K 学校效能, %K 教育效能, %K 学校改进, %K 中小学
