%X 动物高等级生物安全实验室是新发突发烈性动物传染病、人畜共患传染病研究实验活动的重要技术平台，危险系数大。为了保护进入其中从事病原体研究的工作人员及管理人员不被感染、外界环境不受污染、保证实验室的科学研究质量和效果，提高生物安全专业水平，维护好实验室生物安全，必须对人员定期开展相关的岗位培训。本文将目前国内动物高级别生物安全实验室人员培训与“互联网 + 职业技能培训”技术结合，采用“线上 + 线下”培训方式，探索构建了生物安全人员培训体系新模式，为动物高等级病原微生物实验室的人员培训提供一个参考与借鉴模式。<br />
Animal high-level biosafety laboratory is an important technical platform for the research and experimental activities of new and acute animal infectious diseases and zoonotic infectious diseases, with a high risk factor. In order to protect the workers and managers who enter the causative agent research from being infected, The external environment is not polluted, to ensure the quality and effect of scientific research in the laboratory, to improve the professional level of biosafety, and to maintain the biosafety of the laboratory, it is necessary to carry out relevant job training on a regular basis. This paper combines the current domestic high-level animal biosafety laboratory personnel training with the “Internet + vocational skills training” technology. The “online + offline” training mode was adopted to explore and construct a new model of biosafety personnel training system, which provided a reference and reference model for the personnel training of high-level animal pathogenic microbiology laboratory.
