%X 脑卒中是一组突发的局部脑血液循环障碍引起神经功能障碍的疾病的总称，具有发病率高、致残率高、死亡率高和复发率高的“四高”特点，发病急促、病情进展迅速、后果严峻。脑卒中是极其危害人类健康和生命安全的常见的难治性疾病，患者常常伴有肢体功能障碍，严重影响其与家属的生活质量。踝足矫形器 (AFO)作为康复领域常用的下肢矫形器之一，能够改善脑卒中患者踝关节不稳引起的异常步态，增强平衡和步行能力，提高患者的日常生活能力。基于以上，本文开展关于近五年踝足矫形器在脑卒中康复领域的研究进展内容综述。<br />
Stroke is the general name of a group of sudden local cerebral blood circulation disorders that cause neurological dysfunction. It has the characteristics of high incidence rate, high disability rate, high mortality rate and high recurrence rate. It is characterized by rapid onset, rapid progress and severe consequences. Stroke is a common and difficult to treat disease that poses a great threat to human health and safety. Patients often suffer from limb dysfunction, which seriously affects their quality of life and that of their families. Ankle foot orthotics (AFO), as one of the commonly used lower limb orthotics in the rehabilitation field, can improve abnormal gait caused by ankle instability in stroke patients, enhance balance and walking ability, and improve their daily living abilities. Based on the above, this article provides a review of the research progress of ankle and foot orthotics in the field of stroke rehabilitation in the past five years.
