The Influence of Lesson Study on the Professional Independent Development of Chemistry Teachers in Middle School %A 陆兰青 %A 苏晓 %A 姬柳迪 %A 张璐 %A 高涛 %A 李艳 %J Creative Education Studies %P 473-483 %@ 2331-804X %D 2024 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/ces.2024.127492 %X 国家一直在推行新课程改革,对教师的要求不断提高,教师需要不断提升专业能力,实现专业发展。而课例研究可以使教师在学习其他优秀教师经验的同时在反思中形成自己的教学风格,是中学化学教师实现专业自主发展的有效途径。本文通过文献分析法、问卷调查法和访谈法对课例研究在中学化学教师专业自主发展中的作用进行调查,经过深入探析得出了课例研究对教师专业发展多个结构都有促进作用的结论。基于此结论,本文给出了合理运用课例研究促进教师专业自主发展的建议。
The country has been implementing the new curriculum reform, and the requirements for teachers are constantly increasing. Teachers need to continuously improve their professional ability and achieve professional development. The case study can enable teachers to form their own teaching style in reflection while learning the experience of other excellent teachers, which is an effective way for middle school chemistry teachers to achieve professional independent development. Through literature analysis, questionnaire survey and interview, this paper investigates the role of lesson study in the independent professional development of middle school chemistry teachers, and draws a conclusion that lesson study can promote multiple structures of teacher professional development. Based on this conclusion, this paper gives some suggestions on how to use lesson study reasonably to promote teachers’ professional independent development. %K 课例研究,中学化学教师,专业自主发展
