%X 慢性胃炎是一个常见的消化系统疾病，痛泻药方加减是左敏主任医师治疗肝郁脾虚型痞满的常用方，尤其在肝郁脾虚型患者中疗效十分显著，笔者在跟从左敏主任医师学习中，通过归纳，总结其临床治疗经验，以期为临床治疗慢性胃炎提供一定参考。<br />
Chronic gastritis is a common disease of the digestive system. The diarrhea prescription with modifications is the common treatment used by Director Physician Zuo Min for treating distension due to liver depression and spleen deficiency, especially in patients with liver depression and spleen deficiency type, where it has a very significant effect. The author in the learning from Chief Physician Zuo Min, through induction, summarizes the clinical treatment experience, in order to provide a reference for clinical treatment of chronic gastritis.
