%X 痛风性关节炎作为一种体内嘌呤代谢紊乱导致的炎症性疾病，对患者的生活质量造成显著影响，痛风性关节炎属于中医优势病种之一。笔者通过查阅并整理文献，总结了近十年中药内服、外敷及注射剂治疗的研究进展，以期为临床治疗痛风性关节炎提供参考。<br />
Gouty arthritis, as an inflammatory disease caused by purine metabolism disorder in the body, has a significant impact on the quality of life of patients. Gouty arthritis is one of the diseases where traditional Chinese medicine treatment has advantages. Through consulting and sorting out the literature, the author summarized the research progress of internal administration, external application and injection treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in the past ten years, in order to provide reference for the clinical treatment of gouty arthritis.
