%T 桑叶“解表”之药效古今考<br>Investigation of the Medicinal Effect of Mori Folium in “Releasing the Exterior” from Ancient Times to Modern Times

%X 笔者通过查阅历代医籍、本草、方书等资料，结合现代对桑叶品种及主要效应成分的研究进行多方面考证。经考证可知，桑叶古今药用品种较多，但主要药理成分相差不大，炮制方法基本一致。从先秦至清初的医籍中甚少提及桑叶的“解表”作用，多用于止汗、生发、敛创、明目、平肝等。在吴鞠通的《温病条辨》中论述桑叶的作用为平肝风、宣肺气。而在现行中药学教材中将其归为解表药中的发散风热药。因此，桑叶的药效特点应重新认识。<br />
The author through the review of medical books, herbs, prescription books and other information, combined with modern research on Mori Folium varieties and the main effect of the composition of the study of various aspects of the evidence. Research shows that there are many medicinal varieties of Mori Folium in ancient and modern times, but the main pharmacological components are similar, and the processing methods are basically the same. From the pre-Qin to the early Qing dynasty, medical books rarely mentioned the Mori Folium of the role of “releasing the exterior”, mostly used to stop sweating, grow hair, convergence of trauma, bright eyes, calming liver and so on. In Jutong Wu’s <i>Warm D</i><i>isease</i>, the role of Mori Folium is described as calming liver wind and diffusing the lung. In the current textbook of traditional Chinese medicine, it is categorized as dispersing wind-heat medicine in the list of antidepressants. Therefore, the pharmacological characteristics of Mori Folium should be re-recognized.
