%X 本文首先简要介绍了低浓度异氰酸酯聚氨酯,从异氰酸酯对人体的影响出发,介绍了低浓度异氰酸酯的检测方法,包括有化学分析法、气相色谱法、液相色谱/荧光检测法和红外光谱法等;随后详细介绍了降低聚氨酯中异氰酸酯浓度的方法,包括新聚合工艺、分子筛吸收法、薄膜蒸发法和分子蒸馏法等;最后对低浓度异氰酸酯聚氨酯的未来发展趋势进行了展望。
In this paper, the low-concentrations of isocyanate polyurethanetypes are briefly introduced. Then the impact of isocyanate on the human body and the detection method of low-concentration isocyanate are introduced, which includes chemical analysis, gas chromatography, liquid chromatography/fluorescent detection method, and infrared spectrum. Subsequently, the method of reducing the concentration of isocyanates in polyurethane is introduced, including new polymerization process, molecular sieve absorption method, film evaporation method, and molecular distillation method. Finally, the future development trend of low concentration of polyurethane of isocyanate is outspoken.
