The research on educational countermeasures for the empowerment of new quality productivity in Foshan intangible cultural heritage culture—with the creation of mobile game characters as an example—aims to empower Foshan intangible cultural heritage education through new quality productivity, improve the dissemination scope of Foshan intangible cultural heritage, and break through the limitations of traditional education models. This paper analyzes the current situation and bottlenecks of intangible cultural heritage education in Foshan and evaluates the prospects for the implementation of this countermeasure. This approach breaks away from traditional classroom education, caters to children’s playful nature, creates a novel learning space through mobile games, realizes personalized education, and enhances their sense of identity with Foshan’s intangible cultural heritage. Additionally, this countermeasure promotes the innovation of traditional education models, innovates the communication paths, educational strategies, and learning methods of Foshan’s intangible cultural heritage, accelerates the digitization process, and improves the universality, extensiveness, and convenience of Foshan’s intangible cultural heritage education strategies. %K 新质生产力,佛山非遗,手游角色,教育对策
