%X 非自杀性自伤与自杀行为密切相关，已经成为一个全球性公共卫生问题，严重威胁着青少年身心健康。近年非自杀性自伤在我国青少年中的发生率逐年上升，已受到社会的普遍关注。本文通过对已有文献的整理和评述，以期探析目前青少年非自杀性自伤心理危机干预手段的有效性。<br />
Non-suicidal self-injury is closely related to suicidal behavior and has become a global public health problem, which seriously threatens the physical and mental health of adolescents. In recent years, the incidence of non-suicidal self-injury among adolescents in China has been increasing year by year, and has received widespread attention from society. This article aims to explore the effectiveness of current psychological crisis intervention methods for non-suicidal self-injury among adolescents through the review and analysis of existing literature.
