%X OPEN AI和谷歌Gemini等大型AI团队不断更新和发展，不断深化AI技术在不同行业的变革，带来了巨大影响和便捷化。但由于人工智能技术还在不断发展，许多普罗大众难以将人工智能技术运用至于生活当中，以及对人工智能技术的成果及思维无法做标准或法律界定。基于此因，文章以物业行业为例，目前普遍物业及社区打造智慧小区，但由于维护难，社区居民素养参差不齐导致许多智慧小区的智能项目报废或者停用，所以本文针对人工智能技术如何在行业中发展，以及AI技术通过物业行业发展社会和带来的新质生产力进行探究。<br />
Large AI teams such as OPEN AI and Google Gemini are constantly updating and developing, and are constantly deepening the reform of AI technology in different industries, which has brought great impact and convenience. However, as artificial intelligence technology is still developing, it is difficult for many ordinary people to apply artificial intelligence technology to their lives, and there is no standard or legal definition for the results and thinking of artificial intelligence technology. For this reason, this article takes the property industry as an example. At present, most properties and communities are building smart communities, but due to the difficulty of maintenance and the uneven quality of community residents, many smart projects in smart communities have been scrapped or discontinued. Therefore, this article explores how artificial intelligence technology develops in the industry, and how AI technology develops society through the property industry and brings new quality productivity.
