The preparation processes and equipment for electronic materials play a crucial role in the development of modern electronic information technology. This article delves deeply into the current teaching status of the “Electronic Materials Preparation Processes and Equipment” course, conducting a systematic analysis and research on the rationality of textbook selection, the timeliness of teaching content updates, and the innovation of teaching method reforms.
