%X 2015年,世界卫生组织(WHO)结合临床研究将“气道播散(spread through air spaces, STAS)”作为肺腺癌的第四种侵袭模式,其概念是指在主肿瘤体边界外的气腔内出现微乳头状细胞簇、实性细胞团或单个肿瘤细胞。目前关于STAS的研究非常热门,STAS已经被认为是肺癌预后不良的危险因素之一。本文将结合相关文献,对STAS的机制、影像学表现、组织病理学、定量以及预后治疗等最新研究进展作一综述。
In 2015, the World Health Organization (WHO), based on clinical research, classified “spread through air spaces (STAS)” as the fourth invasion pattern of lung adenocarcinoma. This concept refers to the presence of micropapillary cell clusters, solid cell nests, or single tumor cells within air spaces beyond the main tumor boundary. Currently, research on STAS is highly popular, and it has been recognized as one of the risk factors for poor prognosis in lung cancer. This article will review the latest research progress on the mechanisms, imaging features, histopathology, quantification, and prognostic treatment of STAS, based on relevant literature.
