%X 随着新媒体和人工智能等科技的迅速发展,我们社会步入了一个新时代。在这样的时代背景下,一项针对大学生的心理健康水平的调查结果显示,大学生人格评估的阳性率达到了19.28%,而症状自评量表的阳性率为24.94%。这些数据表明,大学生群体在心理健康方面的表现并不乐观,高校心理健康问题亟需重视。为应对这些挑战,本文从新媒体背景下心理健康的资源、联动机制、监测与评价机制以及实施的实效性方面展开研究,探索教育对策,以提高大学生心理健康教育水平。
With the rapid development of technologies such as new media and artificial intelligence, our society has stepped into a new era. In this context, a survey on the mental health of college students reveals concerning statistics. The positive rate of personality assessment among college students has reached 19.28%, and the positive rate of the Symptom Checklist is 24.94%. These figures indicate that the mental health status of college students is not optimistic, highlighting the urgent need to address mental health issues in universities. To tackle these challenges, this article conducts research from the perspectives of mental health resources, linkage mechanisms, monitoring and evaluation systems, and the effectiveness of implementation in the context of new media. The aim is to explore educational countermeasures and improve the level of mental health education for college students.
