%X 随着大数据技术的迅猛发展，公民的个人信息已跃升为社会核心资源，其价值日益凸显。然而在现实中，个人信息的安全性正面临严峻挑战，这主要源于当前保护机制的模糊与不足。为了应对这一挑战，《中华人民共和国个人信息保护法》应运而生，其中第70条尤为关键，其明确规定了个人信息保护民事检察公益诉讼的相关制度。此制度的建立，旨在进一步强化对个人信息安全的法律保障。然而，鉴于民事检察公益诉讼领域的相对创新，相关的法律条文尚显抽象，司法实践的积累亦有待加深。因此，本文旨在对该制度现存的问题进行深入探讨，并提出切实可行的完善措施，以期构建一个更为全面、系统的个人信息保护民事检察公益诉讼制度框架，从而实现对个人信息的全方位且高效的司法保护。<br />
With the rapid development of big data technology, citizens’ personal information has become a core social resource and its value has become increasingly prominent. However, in reality, the security of personal information is facing serious challenges, which mainly stems from the ambiguity and insufficiency of the current protection mechanism. In response to this challenge, the Personal Information Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China came into being, of which Article 70 is particularly critical, which clearly stipulates the relevant system of civil prosecutorial public interest litigation for the protection of personal information. The establishment of this system aims to further strengthen the legal protection of personal information security. However, in view of the relative innovation in the field of civil procuratorial public interest litigation, the relevant legal provisions are still abstract, and the accumulation of judicial practice needs to be deepened. Therefore, this paper aims to conduct an in-depth discussion on the existing problems of the system, and propose practical measures to improve it, in order to build a more comprehensive and systematic framework of civil procuratorial public interest litigation system for personal information protection, so as to achieve all-round and efficient judicial protection of personal information.
