%X 随着数字化技术的飞速发展,学前教育领域也正在经历着前所未有的变革。提升幼儿教师数字素养是实现教育数字化转型之路的重要条件。就目前而言,我国幼儿教师数字素养的发展存在诸多问题,如:数字化意识薄弱、数字技术知识与技能不完善、数字化应用能力不足、数字社会责任缺乏以及专业发展不足等等。针对以上问题,提出相应解决对策:首先,教师应培养数字化意识,主动提升自身专业发展;其次,幼儿园应完善数字化教学设施,推动教师数字化发展;最后,教育部门应加大对学前教育的重视,保障教师数字化发展,推动幼儿教师数字素养的提升。
With the rapid development of digital technology, the field of preschool education is also undergoing unprecedented changes. Improving preschool teachers’ digital literacy is an important condition for realizing the digital transformation of education. At present, there are many problems in the development of digital literacy of preschool teachers in China, such as weak digital consciousness, imperfect digital technology knowledge and skills, insufficient digital application ability, lack of digital social responsibility and insufficient professional development. To solve the above problems, this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures: First, teachers should cultivate digital consciousness and actively improve their professional development. Secondly, kindergartens should improve the digital teaching facilities and promote the digital development of teachers. Finally, the education department should pay more attention to preschool education, ensure the digital development of teachers, and promote the improvement of digital literacy of preschool teachers.
